Ethbtc has been struggling to gain strong momentum against bitcoin as institutions put their hands on Bitcoin but i think its just a matter of time before Etherium start strenghting against bitcoin. The targets are pretty clear. 10 Percent of bitcoin price is a reasonable place to think of. For example, If Btc Price stay around 30,000, then 3000 will be eth target. 1 bitcoin= 10 eth ultimate goal At the moment, eth is undervalued.
