You can see that ETH has made one blurry wedge from green support and red resistance marked on the chart.
Also BB is starting to contract once more. BB contracting just mean that volatility enters market, and with great support under the candle I think that chances for going up is much greater than otherwise. Just in case set stop-loss at your own rate, I suggest at 3.1% and hodl.
