Overall bear market puts ETH on into downward trend in relation to Bitcoin. If the overall crypto market sentiment improves then look for ETH turning point to head back up. In the medium term it appears more likely that ETH will continue in the downtrend till the end of March, although watch for mild possibility of upward bounce from 50 fib level.
