Take a look at this interesting RSI indicator. Historically ETH gets oversold alot, and always with a bullish pattern to come. Can't get a better bull-signal than this, ETH is more oversold than ever before.
This is high risk though. Be careful, highly uncertain if MACD is crossing upwards or downwards. Biggest sign for a bullish tendency is the rsi showing ETHBTC being heavily oversold.
