I found that having too many levels can cripple your trading and have you in analysis paralysis. To prevent this, I set up trades that have confluence. I am unbiased on which way the market is headed, I just wait for price to hit my levels of interest.
I do not watch the news and do not pay attention to DXY or see how stocks are doing.
