ETH - a descending triangle, inside a descending triangle

Clear support and resistance for #ETH - I see a retest of the small descending triangle before a retest of the larger one with a potential break to resistance.

Descending triangle are continuation patterns. Trend is bearish for over a year now. why would a descending triangle break up?
