ETH.USD back at Critical Resistance: Ethereum ready to breakout?

We are back at the resistance and noticing it EXACTLY.
Critical decision point for direction of trend and strength.
Bounce wave might be done, so retrace is worth watching.

Precision is the way of the Fib. Almost every turn happens at a Fib Line.
