Between 'ETH' and 'BTC' always very strong correlation. Therefore if the 'BTC' won't rise in price, then 'ETH' won't rise in price too. If the 'BTC' doesn't rise in price in the fall, then the movement of the price of air will 'ETH' on one of lines of resistance. And there is a lot of them.
