It did break out. This is true, but the big dookie dip is still on the table! And it would seem as though volume has decreased , 7 hours until daily closing; might make a doji. Reversal perhaps. Looks like the market is going to turn, soon.
these failures were due to me being biased. Although it is rather difficult to keep bias out of yer decisions, I find that even if you're biased you can still be objective. To do this you must prepare a model for both outcomes down and up. Risk and Reward. After such you must then consider the probability of which is more prominent given multiple variables outside of your own desire. This is where further analysis comes from, this is when I read the candle sticks. The candle sticks tell me where the strength lies, in the favor of sellers or buyers. (rough)
