Playboy, an American entertainment magazine, has just announced the opening of a non-fungible token-based online art gallery. To that end, it has collaborated with Nifty Gateway, an Ethereum-based portal that is one of the most popular NFT marketplaces. It will house a large collection of paintings and photographs spanning nearly 70 years.
Miami Mayor Francis Suarez made headlines earlier this year when he said he expected the city's treasury to include bitcoin. Suarez is now calling for the city to commit to exploring cryptocurrency by focusing on Ethereum. Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin and Suarez revealed in a new episode of The Scoop that they have started a new joint project focusing on city services.
Technically, Ethereum made a new all-time high this morning and now we have to see how much steam is behind this move to the upside. There are several scenarios that could play out here. It will either continue to the upside, or make a consolidation/ small pullback in this area before continuing.
