The last ETH 3HR Gann chart hit the targets (penguins) dead on and the trend curves are still in play for directional movement as well as time intersects. Please see the original Chart link below. What I'm seeing here is a small flag that collects the averages then a nice move up. IMO anything other than a move up should be considered off track at this point
