"Impulse" is a surge that creates "Ripples", like a pebble into water. "Impulse Redux" is returning of wave to the original source of energy. "Impulse Core" is the zone of maximum energy, in the Golden Pocket.
Are the sellers still there? Enough to absorb the buying power? Reaction at Impulse is worth observing closely to gauge energy. Rejection is expected on at least first approach if not several.
This particular Impulse was born in May 2018 from the $829 top. The Ripples of that Impulse have caught EVERY turn since then. What happens here will have PERMANENT ramifications for ETH.

Of note, those are "Retracement" levels, traditionally used with fib 0 and 1 on the ENTIRE wave. This method ANTICIPATES the entire wave after the first push (Impulse) and maps the focus of energy.
Clearly a MAJOR level in the life of Ether. What happens here could shape next decade for it.

@CharlesAbernathy, I dont know, we are at the crucial level right now.
We cold get the "Core" and then get rejected, for possible high of 2020.
OR, we could get past it, then come back to retest, and make that the new low going forward....
But at this time I have sold much of my ETH, and will look to rebuy either lower or after break and retest.....
