We are having a formation we see quite often in Ethereum, we just have to wait for the break above trendline and a retest to get long for 400. Break below will dismiss this idea.
In what time you predict this gonna happen? ....i know is not a magic ball.... a as a personal opinion i mean.

@Marsales, My personal opinion: 400 end of August. 550-600 end between September and October. Then it will fall there back to 400 and to 700-800 in Dec-Jan.
