Panic probably broke out as traders woke up this morning to the news a few hours ago (which I only just saw), that 10,000 American tax payers will be sent letters from the IRS. Well, America - unknonwst to itself- does not rule all of the crypto markets. The dump on cryptos in the last few hours may be attractive to international investors who are not ruled by the IRS in America! (no predictions, as usual).
