@brenguyrulez, Nah, I blew my load too early and caught it coming back up at 1225 after the very first drop and bounce last night. I was expecting a deeper drop. When it bounced back off of 1150 (at the time) I held on for a few green candles to confirm this wasn’t a fake bounce (a mistake I’ve made too many times in the past), and by the time I felt it was truly heading back up, it was already at 1225 again.
Thankfully I only bought back in 50% at that time. You learn these things over time! Still holding on to my other 50%.
The lesson? Always use limit orders. Manual trading is not the way to do it, except in some few circumstances. Limit orders force discipline and require a plan ahead of time- eliminating the opportunity for the very dangerous EMOTIONAL TRADE that we have all done (and regretted 99% of the time).

Would it be smart to invest $500 in ETH when it drops to around 1k? This would be my first ever crypto investment!
