Why is ETH good Because large holders will retain the asset and not sell. It means the majority of coins are locked up and, it looks like the shares with its dividend interest, this means the risks are reduced.
There's only one risk is that the price will drop speculatively

@aklang, are you serious? ETH has more transactions than any other crypto, and is second largest by market cap. It could dip down to maybe $120 soon, but longer term it is clearly one of the most valuable networks in crypto just now, and going to keep growing unless another distributed computing network becomes more used
