ETH tested the major resistance of $3950 - $4000 area. This is the point where Ethereum was rejected last time. Ethereum needs to break and hold $4000 to go towards the all-time high resistance of $4300. If it is rejected from here then we will see a possible retest of $3600 - $3640 support area.
