EURCHF is DOWN. It might be strongly down or at least it will go down overall.
If it hits the line, then at least halfway would be attained or opposite direction would be targeted (if it's failed, then down trend would be confirmed).

BEWARE, although it's going DOWN, but there might be an UP movement strongly after that, otherwise there rest would be the same, down.
