Lets start with the Top Down Analysis.
Monthly: We see on the monthly timeframe that the market is in a very strong downtrend.
Weekly: On the weekly timeframe we see the strong bearish trend in more detail with nearly no pullbacks.
Daily: The daily timeframe shows 3 bullish days and because of that there is a upside pullback.
H4: On the h4 timeframe we draw the counter trendline and wait for a confirmed break.
