On the left it looks like a legit fractal. We can see the yellow H&S zone, both failing. Because the current one is also taking a lot of time, like it does not want to drop. That trend line on the right looks legit as well, but i think the horizontal zones might have more value. Ideally it moves up from here, so that this trend line does not need to break. For a confirmation of this fractal, we need to see that neckline break on the left chart.
