this is difficult one .... not much signal given in this chart i guess this will keep going on for short time and then will fall slightly bigger pips.
on short time frame it is stuck in a wedge which will end soon
it should respect fib 38.2 this one not very confident. :)

3 places where it can break downwards ... i will short around (if breakout )1st arraow end 1.17000 else if it continue and reverse breakout aroound . 17100 or else will do final short at .17400 (3 arrow) -> Stong resistance and zone + strong trend line formation :- passing this level and continuing up would definatlry require some big news.
