Doing an excellent job .

If you can explain the pros and cons of using proportionate lots vs constant lots. And in both the cases how to measure drawdown and manage it without getting panicky.

Can you suggest any pair which has strong range-trading pattern so that a spot fx hedge can be used and profit taken at both sides?

Thanks.

Proportionate vs constant lots? im not sure what you mean, proportionate to what?

a fx "Hedge" in the manner you describe is really gambling.. theres no FX pair which i would recommend this strategy.

It is used in options e.g. a long straddle. but in spot fx it isnt advised, youre very unlikely to make money.
QuantumLogicTrading
especially if you add in spread and commissions, which makes it even harder to make money on a "spot straddle".

I suggest trying it in a demo before using a real account.. if the strategy works on demo it will have amuch better chance imo
