Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said on Wednesday that the possibility of the European Union members agreeing quickly on the new budget and the coronavirus recovery fund is "unlikely." Orban stressed that the EU cannot "tell other countries what they need to do" until it solves its "own problems," which include the economic crisis caused by the coronavirus, the migrant crisis, and the balance of power between the members that, after Brexit, remains mostly with Germany.
