Do you know/use any tool which give you an alert when price break a marked line e.g. like edge of your triangle?

you can also place alarms if you like

Yes, I mean alarms, but they can be placed only horizontally in this tool as I know..

actually you can place them on any trendline depending on the software yo use

Actaully software is what I mean by tool. I havn´t see this option in any tool/software. Could you recommend me some? E.g. also for mobile platform?

well here on tradingview, you can place an alarm on a trendline
Just right click it and then press the add alert option
