Hi thank you for the video, i really enjoy them. Im going to try the boxes you use for S+R as i think i will prefer them to the one line support and resistance which can sometimes hinder where you want to put them to get the most touches.

@hawkag86, This has adapted over time for me and i believe using the boxes gives you a general idea where we can see a change of direction in the market, if you use patterns to trade then its an extremely effective way to find trades.
