Fib drawn from the Daily chart on the 4hr as seen, the down trend is about to be/ is broken will that take the pair up or the down overall trend will resume before hitting any fib level?

break the downtrend line from 5 min to the 1hr. Waiting on the break of 4hr and Daily to confirm the break in down trend???
