It did put in a hammer but look at the next two candles. No real bounce and IMO its going to continue lower but I am not looking to short at current levels because RR isn't great.

Could be the case. This is just a first step towards a trade, a confirmation of a bounce over the four-hour chart is my next step.
I think we might see a period of sideways movement in this pair.
