EURUSD : The SMALL and the BIG Long

Euro Fx/U.S. DollarFXCM

Description

Recent rise in bond yield especially the US10Y is causing a lot of volatility. But it is not going to affect the final outcome. Of course, the main question always seem to be INFLATION and what the Fed would do next. But is inflation the real issue here? If you want to know, then you should look at short term bond yield, specifically the US02Y and US03M.

The biggest question now is whether it is going to be a CONTINUATION or a REVERSAL. Whether it is FX, OIL, STOCKS or GOLD, all seems to be hanging on to their support or resistance.

Usually traders would study chart patterns to look for clues. Things like Head & Shoulder is the biggest draw. And some look for flags, triangles etc.

How about Volume Profile? How do you tell?

Well as you can see, the 'SMALL' is following in the footstep of the 'BIG'. It is like the son following in the footstep of the father. Now do you get the answer?

Good luck.

P/S : As always, do not just believe what I say. Use your common sense.

what do you think of Friday's NFP?
i_am_siew
@JoeChampion, As we know, Actual > Fcst for many months now. The market has grown to accept a +ve NFP. But if actual < Fcst, there should be quite a rise in EURUSD. I think next Tuesday CPI is more interesting. Good luck.
