Continues forming lower highs — bearish structure remains intact

194
EUR/USD Update:

• EUR/USD continues holding near its two-month low around 1.1596 ahead of the release of the FOMC meeting minutes.

• The US Dollar remains firmly supported as Treasury yields continue moving higher, while safe-haven demand linked to ongoing US–Iran tensions and expectations that the Federal Reserve may still raise interest rates this year continue strengthening the USD.

Personal view:

From a structural perspective, price continues forming lower highs while repeatedly breaking below key demand zones, indicating that sellers still maintain control over current market conditions.

At the same time, the MA 34/89 remains aligned to the downside, reinforcing the ongoing bearish momentum.

Price may continue extending lower toward the next demand area around 1.1555 and potentially deeper toward 1.1500, as USD strength remains firmly intact.

Resistance zone: 1.1660
Support zones: 1.1555 / 1.1500
