Here we can see my analysis for EUR/USD, we have a bull flag which has formed above my daily channel which has held for over three months. We can use this as a form of confirmation which may lead to me take this trade. There are two possible outcomes which I think may happen:
1) If the price rises and breaks out of the flag, we will more than likely see a move to the upside, leading me to place a Long/Buy trade, 2) If the price drops, it may either retest the upper trendline of my channel and shoot upwards, or breakthrough the upper trendline and return to its descending channel range.
