the pair, EUR/USD reaching major cluster area, with this pair clusters are usually are of 2%-3% wide. the price action around and within clusters turns fast and wild, volatile in other words. the cluster levels are within the horizontal RED colored lines.
the process takes 2-6 weeks to finalize and it the end of it, the pair will be capable to declare: REVERSED
this analysis is based on the prediction that +1.14 will print before 1.07, followed by +1.16 and higher as second leg. generally, H2/2022 scheduled to deliver strong EURO rally.
strategy: be patient for sub 1.1050 and only then start defining the levels to get LONG within the cluster.
this is very general concept, the level of success depends on the fine tuning of levels that will act as entries.

IMPORTANT update:
EUR/USD entered the critical weeks to bottom out for the medium (12months) / long (36 months) terms. the spike down if happens may be violent and wild. by the end of March 2022 that LOW will be confirmed, at which rate, I think that now your "guess" is good as mine, more or less. :)
if you consider getting long and have the financial backup to hold position for such periods, being long EIR/USD under 1.1350 offers very probability for gains at least towards 1.21 during the next 12 months.
the major issue is psychological, not to get weak and shaky hands in case the pair will do the violent and wild to downside.
in short, I am LONG biased with this pair and minimum target of 1.21 before the end of Q1/2023 as a starter. manage your leverage right, please!
