Hopefully New York doesn't come back from lunch with the urge for a break out. I might add towards 1530 ET when they start thinking about going home. Asia will sell into this and we'll take the ride down, fingers crossed.

I thought of staying in bed until it did what I was eagerly hoping for but it might be too long a time.

I meant USDJPY is looking firmer. Cable has failed 1.50 and it's 6pm New York time :)

Drooping like past history of liver disease combined with uncertain sexual encounters on thursday nights makes a break out impossible tonight. Went massive with shorts.

New York is thinking about getting out of the office/ stocks/ Valentines/ weekend. The machines algo calculate more risk of loss on the upside with another shoddy Putin peace / Greek deal uncertainty until monday/ Fed Fisher saying he wants a gradual but earlier rate rise.
Double top forming on the lower time frames.
Added 1 unit to short.
Will add more in the next hour if behavior is good.

Moment of truth is upon us. USDJPY on (broken) support. Cable hasn't pierced critical(ish) 1.15

They're back from lunch! I would suggest looking at USDJPY - which is holding firm for now - instead of GBP for clues as to where this might go. The trendline was respected a few hours ago and twice in the not so distant past so it's validity isn't in question. What we want to see is complete failure or sustained price action for a break out to long. May the force be with you!

I took one unit in case New York comes back from lunch and retests the top. My other position is protected. I'll short again if I like what I see after getting sopped out. But maybe I wont :)
