I would agree with you. I have tried to do some chart analyses about a month ago (it was 11th june).
I am guessing that trend will reverse and will start to pick up. If price will move in this trend I expect golden cross on daily around middle of august (ema50 and ema200). My prediction is 1,15 in august.
I have noticed some fundamental news that can affect this also. If I understand right that EU countries are buying oil from iran but they pay in Euro instead of usd.
