The pivot point high and low idea is an easy method to follow without counting Elloitt numbers that tend to change places after you have made a trade. The 4 hour and two hour charts are good for trading the Pivot point highs and lows..but you do have to watch support and resistance levels ...i suggest entering a trade at the pivot point high or low and watching the RSI as seen in the chart example. Calculate the Pivot method and add the pivot line with S1 and R1 etc. as seen in the videos this will help in seeing support and resistance lines on the 4 hour and 2 hour time frames.

To Alfa best method is to practice calculating the numbers and checking my charts i post on the pivot method ..i post the charts with the P line S1 and R1 that way you can check your numbers with mine then you will become an expert calculating the numbers.
