Perfect. Place the trade, remove yourself, and accept the outcome for what it is. If your not exposed to the trade, you don't need to chill out...or feel anxious what so ever. Place the trade and accept to freeze the moment, freeze your actions and interpretation of what is happening ( i.e go to bed...or work on other systems)
If I stay and watch the trade unfold, I surely increase the risk of messing up. Unless I am in sync with the market and what I am really doing from a broader perspective, Stalking the result will only lead me to bad things. Maybe in the future it will help me identify opportunities, but for now, I am not looking for more opportunities, I am in the moment of execution of the opportunity of the sample.
If I accept the fact any trade may be a looser, break even or winner at even weight, there is no need to stay there and cheer for nothing really other then pure objectivity maybe....Enjoying how My emotions run wild as the trade unfolds, without touching nothing. Looking forward to that.
