Hi, bearish is possible but a breakout of an ascending triangle has more chance to be bullish I think..., at least according to what I have read about it.

Thanks for your comment.!! Yes I agree that tends to be the case however it can go both ways. There are bearish and bullish moves after ascending triangles. I expect a bearish move due to the bearish overall trend. I would only look to short it though after a bearish break of this triangle and a retest. It could also break upwards in which case you could look to go long.
