The founder of Bat pattern (Scott M. Carney) told about BAMM phenomenon. It's a specific type of price action when it breakes the B-point of Bat pattern. BAMM is Bat Action Magnet Move. Scott says that after a B-point breakout price moves towards D-point as if it's a magnet. On eurusd chart we have a B-point breakout to the downside. So, it seems to be a good idea to sell if price retraces to B-point. Stops will need to place above C-point. Target at D-point. Once the target is hit- reverse the position to the upside. However, BAMM strategy is not in the list of strategies I tested. Taking this trade will be a violation of my rules, that's why it will be a bad trade even if it wins.
