Hi Nick, excellent analyses, as always. I really appreciate what you do. Could I have one question, concerning the COT. The report you refer to, dated 18/1 is showing what happened in the trading week 11-15/1. That is 2 weeks back. Then in 3:25 you say that the last move up was expected in relation to the COT report. It just does not seem logical to me. I do not want to question the value of COT report as it clearly shows the long term trend. I just want to understand if the delay of impact of what the large traders did 10 days ago can still mirror after such an amplitude of time.. Thank in advance for your view on it. Yes indeed, We love to hear Nick’s explanation ... since the COT is a weekly report, unfortunately they don’t release it on a daily basis, so we are always one week behind at best .. so how does that affect your analysis and view of the market ?
