EURUSD 1 Hour A Basket of Potential Advanced Gartley Formations

FX:EURUSD   Euro / U.S. Dollar
Depending on your trading style you can look at consolidation in one of two ways. 1) choppy boring & full of false signals or 2) choppy, boring & full of potential opportunities.

For traders of these advanced pattern formations, it's usually the later and on the EURUSD             , we have 3 of those advanced             formations potentially setting up.

I'll be keeping the 2 bigger formations on my radar, leaving the smaller ones to those day trading the London Session (maybe in my buddy Jason Graystone's Live Room if I dare insert a shameless plug) but we'll see what the markets have in store.

Also it's been a while since I've done this but I've written a blog post talking about drawdowns. As many of you know this mornings GBPUSD             winner knocked me out of a funk so hopefully this post will open your eyes a little to how professional traders deal with drawdowns, because guess what WE GO THROUGH THEM TOO.

Banking Crisis in the EU ready to erupt according to Reggie Middleton:
Hey Akil, to complete a gartley D leg must come around 1.272 ext. with a .786 confluence. Can you take the trade from the .786 as i've been finding they often hit that and bounce. Just wanted to know your opinion.
Akil, nice to see a written blog. I know you have moved to a more video based format, but it is nice to be able to read an article from time to time, especially a well written one like that. Thanks.

"Take Control of Your Trading" - It's amazing how you described my past so well (and potentially many others) and it's interesting how you may have described my future too. Thanks for sharing this and everything else you do on-line to help me and the rest of us achieve the "Unconscious Competence" state. As for the article that follows yours, I need to consider which way I'm voting. In or Out? Maybe I should read this too. :-)
