By what I see bulls have till 1pm EST today (the 20th of feb) to push past the last 1.377ish top to 1.383 otherwise we will sink to 1.337 in a short period of time (March 7th). I'll be looking for my 1.40 push at that time but we'll have to see when we get there.

I have my own blend of geometry and wave counting that I use which called for euro to be at 1.408 since last year May 23rd. So that is my long term target, I have caught the down moves along they way as well so it's been a fun ride. The market is all about geometry on properly scaled charts in my humble opinion.
