@NeverNO, Dont know why my comment disappears. And Yes dedusting it is very good. Did you also try un-socketing the Rams and clean it with erasers?
NeverNO

@Akirakar, No, I as a female person, do not understand so much about computers :-)))
But someone else could do that for me. Let's see how he reacts now.

@NeverNO, Hehe no worries. Im a gamer so I know how to clean PC, if its a notebook however then its best to let the shop do it because its really annoying to unscrew everything yourself. But if its a full size laptop PC then there are many easy things you can do at home.
If you have crashes without stressing your PC at all then It could be a problem with the RAM. They are these thin long strips socketed to the mainboard. They come in pairs so you either have 2 or 4 of them. Their sockets have 2 locks on either end you can push aside and it will pop out. You can take them out and use an eraser and scrub the copper teeth and you will see these dark grey electronic dust come out. Then just put them back in, works like new. Given that nothing more serious is wrong.

@Akirakar, I am very happy that there is someone here who knows it. It is not a laptop, but PC. I will ask someone else to do this for me. Thank you very much for your kind note. God bless you. :-)
