The picture is pretty equivocal here. One might conclude it was worth buying, and maybe it is, but the rally will probably be short-lived. I've got some doubts, but I am bearish here, expecting price to get to the dashed median line.
Yes, the euro is very weak and highly oversold. But the US dollar is not much stronger... Currently I expect the euro to strengthen, so I think it's going to go up.
