LOOKING TO BUY EUR/USD ON BREAKOUT

Eur/Usd hasn't been moving much lately.It has been stuck between 1.13-1.11 , Once it breaks and closes past T.L resistance from August 18th . I plan on going long with targets all the way up into the 1.1344-1.1424 with stops just under 1.1194-1.1188 area
