It looks like everyone tries to get rid of the Euro. Throughout the entire board the Euro is sold, but I don't see strong fundamental reasons for the short term. The economic calendar is pretty empty, so I would be really tempted to believe in a corrective move which could send the price back to retest 1.1300.
the drop was bigger, you are right, it might just end the rally around current levels!

It seems the price was pushed lower towards 1.1100. Divergences appeared on Oscillators. I am still waiting for a pullback.

Yes, and everybody will look at the PMIs tomorrow to speculate what ECB will do next. But for the moment there are only some hawkish declarations from Bullard and Lockhart.

Yep, never said they were, only Nowotny (from ECB), had a speech between the others from FOMC.
