Do you want to increase your profitability trading breakouts? In this video I go over the best breakout strategy and how to trade breakouts the right way.
Most breakout trading requires HUGE stop losses. It requires people to get in late and therefore, reduce their risk to reward.
I have found out how to increase the profitability on breakout trading using the momentum on a higher timeframe but entering on a lower timeframe.
Personally, I trade the 1 minute - 4 hour timeframe mainly... but you could use this with any set of timeframes.
The goal is to watch the momentum step into the forex market and give us a direction. From there, we want to zoom in, head to a lower timeframe and look for potential entry points. Follow the orderflow and find the last unmitigated supply or demand zone. Place your limit and then let the market do its thing.
