Reversals of this magnitude are generally volatile processes and take a considerable amount of time.

Expect a large amount of choppy movement as the bears begin to take control back from the Bulls.

My system indicates that it will hit your target. However the caveat is that is will first form a double top much higher than the previous. I will most likely hang in your red zone for a day before moving down. I'm just testing my newly developed system for accuracy. So far it's given me uncanny accuracy and mid to long term forecasts.
