In my opinion price can make small pull back. After that I think EUR can make new uptrend and reach resistance level (1.19500).

Just this will happen with a little delay/slowdown when - I think not so far - Covid 19 will begin to slow down in USA.
Just to note that the issue will impact in a positive gain of pips (20 pips?) in one shot... and will stunt growth of EURUSD index
