Nice! Just posted the same pattern! There is also a potential Gartley if that goes up, learning from you sir!

i am wondering the same thing....why not?
Thanks a lot. Love your YouTube channel.
Did you noticed the big cypher on the weekly from the bottom early this year till recent?
Not a big fan of sweaty swing trades, but think I go for it.

You're welcome, and no I don't typically look on the weekly timeframes, but that sounds nice
Good stuff Akil, for further confirmation, we have some fibs lining up forming a nice confluence zone around the completion of the Gartley

Don't I know it :D
Unfortunately price action decided otherwise and invalidated the Gartley, if it goes high enough we might still get a Cypher though as AB did not close below the 61,8% retracement.

Scrap that as well :)

Hi am just starting to learn harmonics and would like to know, if B is below 61.8 doesn't that make the pattern invalid?

Nope, it has to hit the .618, .786 makes it invalid.

thanks a lot for review. tomorrow USA after day's off can try to catch stops at ~1.0650, for possible long entries.
Turned to be the other way around (maybe just first). Check this out :)
Bearish Gartley EURUSD within Trend 60 min
Good futures report on the U.S. Dollar Index on the InsideFutures website. It has good reporting from futures traders on currencies and commodities.Stay educated on sentiment.
waiting Bearish Butterfly if break 1.0773
Was this actually a gartley? Seems like a lot of guessing and limiting oneself to a single timeframe instead of using them all together.
i am just asking why not. on the 15min the x-a leg is choppy but as of this moment it hit the .382...just asking for advice not copying trades.

There is something here a lot of traders haven't learned. #1. All patterns are graphical representations of either accumulation or distribution (which is what changes momentum). #2 Fib levels only show you levels of significant support and resistance. If a trader cannot put together that momentum begins changing long before we approach levels, then that trader will have a very hard time being consistent.
I disagree, the trader will only be successful If he has a backtested trading plan with a positive outcome and THEN trade the plan without hesitation. Thats the simple formula.

You are more than welcome to disagree with me that all patterns are either accumulation or distribution, and you can disagree with me that Fib levels are just significant levels of support or resistance. Does not matter to me either way.
Hi Akil.... Firstly, thanks for all the hard work you and the guys at trade empowered do....I'm new to trading and I've found the education I've gained through all your training material over the last 6months invaluable!!!! Thanks again and keep up the great work. Quick question.....I had a quick look at my charts this morning before I left for work......would I be right in saying this gartley failed to complete (no c leg completion...crossing .786 invalidating it!!) at least that's what I'm seeing. Many thanks in advance
