Correlation between the ETF is about 95 % . We can see clearly on this daily chart that there 's some divergence. EWT ( blue) seems to be the weaker ETF compare to EWW(orange). In this case I'm shorting EWW and long EWT. Will exit once the ratio is closer to the mean.

closing this pair : Went long EWT@ 12.72 current price is 11.61, Went short EWW @55.87 current price is 53.52, for a net loss. My success rate with pair trading ETF is very poor so far. I don't think I'll trade them anymore.... oh well , lesson learned
