I would agree based on their fundamentals, and a bull flag and or pennant. It filled the gap down after it jumped on earnings bouncing off the 178-180 support. Nice consolidation.. no China issues. They use ten cent. I think traders are waiting to see how big the fine is going to be. To see If it's larger or less than the 3mil they set aside. I would buy long calls on a breakout. Still too early IMHO.
